I don't know how they're still up and running. The lack of care they bring is truly unbelievable. Make sure Everything is in good condition before you sign because that is the last and only time you will get maintenance. Be very cautious of this office.

DO NOT DO IT. I honestly would give 0 stars if that was possible. They do not send maintenance workers out for anything and they will screw you out of every dollar possible. The front door to the apartment building no longer locked, which is a safety issue, yet it was never addressed among many other issues, such as a 3' crack in the wall due to building shifts, faulty electrical, soft wood flooring, etc. Things may appear nice when you originally look through, but be very critical. They do 'nice' renovation jobs that quickly fall apart and show serious structural flaws.
