Guards at check-in was polite professional and helpful for my first time here. But once I went in to give bills to CTO things changed. The women their were more concerned about whatever they were talking about then the drivers waiting then customer service and kindness is only for select drivers. I hate it when people speed through instructions on what is needed to do and make you feel like you are a bother.

Nice people work here first off.. But as for as the business model goes an the way “the machine slash monopoly” of of price cutting an gouging. Nope does not work at all for my money. Get here well before your appointment time. It doesn't matter when you drive through the gate. It matters when you get to the cto. If there is a line at the window be prepared to wait.
Checked 1 hr before appointment got my door at the gate, checked at the office, I was setting my mind and body to have a long sleep... one hr later got the buzz. ... that was fast I checked out they also gave me a sandwich, potatoes chips at the office window great people here thanks
