I have such low standards for fast food, just be cheap, fast, and consistent. My wife and I went, they were not able to serve either of our meals as described because they were out of cheese. They required the person I was with to order something else completely. The burrito I got was every bit as good is the 40 cent microwavable kind.

I seriously think some of these reviews are fudging facts A LITTLE. I've been to this location at least 20 times (we had a lot of business to attend to in Indianapolis) and have yet to get this awful service some of you are harping about. The staff has been more than happy to want to help and last time the manager was kinda upset that they weren't busier (usually places that have poor service want to collect an easy paycheck on the corporations dime.)
Depending upon the location you happen to visit, staff is decent the food is decent, though though price isn't inviting.
I come up once a year from Missouri to see my family and this is the best Hardee's I've been too! Love it!!!!! Everything tasted so fresh. Look forward to coming here every year!
