We had drainage issues dealing with the sewer line and called LMR to have someone come out. They came out the next evening and spent maybe 40 minutes trying to find the septic tank only for us to be told that we have no septic system which is illegal and we would have to spend thousands to have a brand new system put in. LMR charged me $250 to tell me this. The next day my dad and I rented an eel and within 20 minutes we found that I do in fact have a septic tank which just needed to be cleaned out. When I called LMR to let the guy know what we found out he didn't even apologize or offer to refund me any money at all. So it cost me $250 for them to drive to my home and tell me false information. We will not be using this company in the future and I will not be recommending them either. Complete and total waste of money!!
