Terrible and slow service! My boyfriend and I wanted a quick meal. Instead we waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. Once we got our food, I double checked to make sure it was there. All the packages were there but not all of the food. We each got naked chicken chips. There was 2 in one and 3 in another. We didn't even get a full order if 1, yet they had two bags in there. Someone skimped us, knowing they were skimping us. Ridiculous and tacky. We will never be going to this Taco Bell again.
Lot of bad reviews, but I've never had a bad experience. They do seem understaffed most of the time, but 7 minutes of wait for a meal is hardly the end of the world.
This location is currently closed for renovations. Should address the issue of the dining room "looking" dirty and old.
Food was hot and fresh and they had it to me very quickly. I was told when receiving my order to have fantastic day and enjoy my food which I did with pleasure. ( wish all the Taco Bells were as good as this one).
Got three tacos with drink and a snack pack with a leg and thigh since I was craving chicken and tacos. Took one bite of the chicken which was original recipe and it was like glue. Took it back to the manager and asked to exchange for soft tacos. Was told that three regular soft tacos would be too expensive since the snack pack was only 4 something so I settled for two. Go sit back down and none of the tacos had cheese. By this point I'm too hungry to care since it took them 5 minutes to make two tacos. Rather go to Red Burrito than to eat here again.

I worked there 2 days. I found a better job and told them i quit. Today i got a call from the manager (mike) telling me he should of never hired me and was talking down to me degrading me as a human. I busted my butt for them. They never trained me or wanted to help me. I did my job to the fullest and the vibe there was very negitive. Also night shift people ignore the customers so they dont have to serve them so they can finish closing early so they can go home. Customers should always come first.
