Only issue I saw today was it seemed like their dishwasher wasn't working well. One of my plates had some dried cheese stuck to the bottom and my second coffee mug had something clear around the rim giving off a weird taste.
I have ordered a few times and it never gets to us in less than an hour. Ordered today, waited an hour and a half still no pizza, called and got an attitude from the lady about how "it should be there any minute random not from this store so well remake your order and send it." Fine, so a few minutes later the delivery guy finally brings the first pies (an hour and 45 min after the original order). He gives us an attitude somehow saying its our fault that the couldn't find our place (not had a problem with this before). 50 minutes after we called and were told they were sending new pizzas we call again because we still didn't have them and they said they were JUST NOW leaving the store. Told them to cancel the order we were getting DiGiorno since its more reliable. Not dealing with them again.
Worst experience ever, waited an hour and 10 minutes and still had no bread sticks or pizza. Waitress came to our table to take our order then to bring our drinks never seen her again after that. They definitely care more about the carry out then customers sitting in their dining room. No the place wasn't packed with people eating in, there was a total of 9 people in the dining room & probably 15 people working. We were the 2nd family to leave without eating. Very piss poor management to allow this kind of service!!!!!!
Good dine-in experience today, so I thought I should share. Had our appetizers and personal pans in about 15 minutes and were in and out in less than an hour. We love those quepapas. Got several timely refills on coffee, and was even offered one to go. Friendly service. Thanks Julianne! We've had her several times and she always takes good care of us as far as it's up to her.
Came in and waited to be seated. Our waitress took our drink order, and she brought most of them out but forgot waters. Then she came out for our food order and a half-hour after ordering she came out to tell us that the system chrashed as she put in our order (still wondering what took so long to even put it in the computer). A half hour later, one of our two pizzas came out. However, it wasn't actually our pizza because the order was wrong, but we couldn't tell our waitress that because she went to get plates for 15 minutes. After we went up and told the kitchen about it, they brought out our other food. The second pizza was cold and the pasta was reheated, and not thoroughly. All of this might be slightly more understandable if we weren't the only people in the store. Many people walked and out because they were never even helped. They tried to compensate us with free made pizzas, but they weren't even good pizza. No urgency about anything and customer service skills should be worked on, because even after apologizing to us they said, "At least weren't here yesterday, it was worse!" So, if you want to enjoy Pizza Hut, drive to Marion!
Stayed for an hour today for lunch and didn't get our order. Very poor service! Makes you mad! Were not coming back ever! Add 1 star as it doesn't allow me to post but they don't deserve any.
